JAKARTA, MOTOREXPERTZ.COM - As many as 3,484,191 Honda motorcycles underwent maintenance at Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) workshops for the Jakarta and Tangerang areas throughout 2023.
Almost 3.5 million Honda motorcycle units were recorded from 308 AHASS in the Jakarta-Tangerang Honda motorcycle Main Dealer area, PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (WMS).
The number of Honda motorcycle units undergoing maintenance at the Jakarta-Tangerang AHASS workshop in 2023 increased by 8 percent compared to 2022.
Not only that, Wahana also continues to provide knowledge refreshment to the spearheads of service, namely service advisors, mechanics, front desk, and partmen.
From 308 AHASS, there are 1,649 mechanics who work every day providing maintenance and repairs.
Training is mainly provided at the Wahana Training Center.
However, training is flexible to suit mechanics' schedules through mobile training.
Head of Technical Service Department of PT WMS Benedictus F. Maharanto said that in addition to maintenance, Honda motorcycle consumers also carry out repairs and purchase Honda Genuine Parts (HGP) at AHASS workshops.
Maximum after sales service
The increase in the number of motorcycle units entering the AHASS workshop, said Benedictus, is proof of the level of consumer confidence in the maximum after sales service.
"However, we are not complacent. We will continue to look for innovations that mainly focus on digital technology. Currently, for example, we continue to develop the Wahana Honda (Wanda) application. In the application, there are features for vehicle service needs or purchasing original Honda parts," said the man who is familiarly called Beni.
